Payment and Terms

50% of payment is due at the time of booking.

Rental is to be paid in full prior to the start of production.

Rental contracts will be drawn up prior to rental period.

Overdue accounts will be subject to compound interest charges of two percent per month. The Client agrees to pay all costs and expenses, including legal fees incurred by MKC in connection with the collection of amounts owing to MKC. All recorded media, including their contents, and the Client’s properties remain the property of MKC until full payment is received and may be disposed of at any time and at any price to recover any amounts owed to MKC.


Cancellation Policy

There is a one-week cancellation policy for studio rental. If a cancellation occurs within one week of the scheduled rehearsal, the renter is responsible for full payment of all hours booked. Please note that space reservations falling on a Saturday or Sunday must be cancelled by noon of the previous Friday.


General Rules

Fighting or the use of drugs or alcohol will result in the cancellation of the current session.

Renters are responsible for managing all "traffic" and should supply an extra helper to check in and direct large crowds if necessary. Clothing or other personal belongings may not be left in the dressing room overnight.
